Location: It is located right across the street from Lake Lucerne. The views are fantastic from the hotel. However it is 10 min drive from station. Lucerne Kappelbrucke bridge and old town market is leisurely 20 min walk along the lake or you can take local bus. The lion monument is 20 min walk. Lucerne casino is 8 min walk away.
Food: Breakfast is alright.
Staff: The reception staff was not friendly at all.
Rooms: The rooms are very small with old decor. Try to get the lakeview rooms.
Experience: Positive only for the proximity to lake.
