Location: The hotel is centrally located with proximity to town, souvenir stores, beautiful views of rotorua lake from our room and just across from polynesian spa !!
Food: Breakfast was very good.
Staff: The reception staff was co operative and friendly.
Rooms: The rooms were sufficiently big enough for a couple. The swimming pool, in house spa and gym are fantastic. Our room had balcony and faced the lake.
Experience: Positive
