Location : The hotel is excellently located in the city centre. It is 6 min walk from Bryggen/ mt floyen funicular, about 9 min walk to railway and bus station and 15 min walk to ferry terminal.
Rooms : The hotel is utilitarian but very clean and tidy. And the staff is friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spacious with clean bathroom. The shower worked perfect. The main bed was fine but the extra sofabed has a bad mattress. The apartment had good city views.
Food : We had chosen an apartment and there was no breakfast.
Staff: The staff is friendly and welcoming. We arrived at 11.00 am and we got an early check in within 10 minutes. The reception desk closes at 5.00 pm so if you arrive after 5 make sure you let them know in advance so that they drop the keys to your apartment in the dropbox near the door and give you the door entrycode. They even have a luggage room where you can deposit your luggage after check out and move around the city if you have time before flight/ship.
