Location : The hotel is excellently located on the harbour with stunning views of the Sound and Arctic cathedral. It is 5 min walking distance from the Hurtigruten cruise terminal and 5 min walk from the main city centre.
Rooms : The hotel room is a little small compared to the Thon hotels that we stayed in earlier on our trip to Norway. However its comfortable for a family of 4 as it has 2 bunk beds.The view was superb from our room.
Food : They serve good continental spread of breakfast but the vegetarian options are limited.
Staff: The staff is friendly and welcoming. The check in was smooth.
